Healing Rooted in Wisdom, Practice, and Presence

More than twenty-five years ago, Bodycentric Healing Arts began with one woman’s calling to help people live pain-free and feel whole again. Founder Dennette Beth Myers discovered early in life that music, rhythm, and touch could transform pain into ease, tension into flow, and confusion into calm.

An Integrative Approach to Lasting Healing

From her first massage table to today’s thriving integrative healing center, Dennette has built a community of highly skilled practitioners who share the belief that healing is both art and science—an unfolding conversation that continues to evolve through hands-on experience, deep listening, and respect for the body’s inherent intelligence.

What started as a personal mission to heal and a driving curiosity about how the body heals itself has evolved into a woman-owned integrative healing practice grounded in compassion, continual learning, and transformation.

Through years of mentoring practitioners and refining this integrative approach in clinical practice, Bodycentric Healing Arts has become a carefully curated collective of highly skilled practitioners. Each practitioner brings depth in their specialty while sharing a unified philosophy: to support the body as an interconnected system and to approach care with both clinical precision and genuine presence.

At Bodycentric, we recognize that true well-being is not one-dimensional. It is shaped by the dynamic relationship between the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic aspects of our experience.

For many clients, this is the moment where care begins to feel different. Not just focused on relief, but on learning how the body has been adapting, compensating, and holding patterns over time.

Beyond offering isolated treatments, our work is designed to support meaningful, lasting change—through therapies that help the body reorganize, regulate, and restore balance in a way that feels sustainable and integrated.

Bodycentric is a space for individuals who are curious about their bodies, open to deeper understanding, and seeking care that is both thoughtful and effective—care that meets people where they are while supporting where they’re ready to go.

For more than 25 years, Dennette has explored what she calls the quiet art of integration—bringing together structural bodywork, nervous system regulation, meditation, and vibrational healing in service of whole-person care. Her work is grounded in careful listening, clinical precision, and deep respect for the body’s inherent intelligence.

Her hallmark is guiding people toward integration across multiple levels of experience—the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic—while helping them develop trust in their own innate healing capacity. This approach supports meaningful shifts in posture, movement, resilience, and overall well-being.

As both practitioner and educator, Dennette teaches from direct clinical experience. Her signature approach, Integrative Bodywork with Sound Healing, weaves advanced CranioSacral Therapy, myoskeletal and neuromuscular refinement, and precisely applied vibrational sound into a cohesive therapeutic process supporting complex presentations including chronic pain, trauma-related patterns, movement restrictions, and nervous system dysregulation.

Extending the quiet art of integration beyond individual sessions, Dennette also offers Gong Bath meditation experiences for corporate leadership programs, team development, private groups, and in retreat settings. These immersive sound experiences, offered at Bodycentric Healing Arts as well as in off-site settings for organizations, healthcare settings, and other groups, use the harmonics of gongs and singing bowls to help participants settle into a meditative state, supporting stress reduction, mental clarity, creative engagement, and focused presence.

As a mentor and educator, Dennette guides practitioners in refining their craft through discernment and embodied awareness. Her teaching emphasizes integration over accumulation. Rather than presenting techniques in isolation, she supports practitioners in developing clinical reasoning, energetic perception, and the steadiness required to work skillfully with complex client needs.

A graduate of The 3 Doors Academy and an Authorized Presenter of Meditation Practices for Transformation, Dennette offers private instruction, small-group classes, and immersive retreats that thoughtfully integrate learning and healing. These practices provide a contemplative foundation that complements her hands-on work, supporting participants in cultivating presence, greater awareness, emotional resilience, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

BEMER Therapy may also be incorporated when clinically appropriate to support healthy microcirculation and regenerative capacity, further assisting the body’s natural ability to restore balance. In addition to incorporating BEMER into clinical care, Dennette offers educational presentations for individuals and healthcare professionals interested in its therapeutic applications.

Her background as a professional musician continues to inform her relationship with sound and vibration. She studied gongs and singing bowls with Dr. Mitch Nur of Nine Ways Academia and Acutonics® Sound Healing training through the Kairos Institute. Dennette has devoted many years to the study of frame drumming and global rhythmic traditions, including study with renowned frame drummer Glen Velez. These lineages continue to shape her understanding of rhythm, resonance, silence, and deep listening as complementary pathways through which the nervous system can reorganize toward greater coherence and balance.

Through mentorship, continuing education, and retreat experiences, Dennette supports practitioners committed to refinement, integrity, and the quiet art of integration.

Through the offerings at Bodycentric Healing Arts, clients and practitioners alike are invited to explore this integrative approach through therapeutic sessions, meditation practices, sound experiences, and continuing education programs.
