At Bodycentric Healing Arts, we want every client to feel informed, comfortable, and confident before their session. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about scheduling, payments, first visits, and our policies. Our goal is to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible—so you can focus on relaxation, healing, and wellness.

You can easily schedule an appointment by using our online booking system or by calling or texting us at 610-200-8008 or emailing us at BodycentricWorld@gmail.com

Not all practitioners are available on the online booking system. Please contact them directly or reach out to us, and we will connect you with the appropriate person. We are open for appointments Monday through Saturday.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. This allows us ample time to provide you the most effective treatment possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. If you need to change your appointment length please provide at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the full fee for the reserved time will be charged.

If you are booking an appointment through the Bodycentric online scheduler, you can pre-pay with a major credit card or pay in person with Venmo, cash, or check. Please confirm with your practitioner at the time of booking which payment methods are accepted.

We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a full session charge.

Your health and comfort are our top priorities. Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session. This helps us tailor treatments to ensure both safety and effectiveness.

This is dependent on the practitioner, service, or class you are attending. Please review the service or class page for specific expectations or refer to your practitioner for guidance. 

Absolutely. All personal information, health history, and session notes are kept strictly confidential in accordance with professional ethics and legal requirements.
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent and, in some cases, may need a parent present during the session.
Yes! We offer a variety of session lengths, and treatments can be tailored to your specific needs. Please let us know in advance if you have special requests so we can schedule the appropriate amount of time.

We provide services within the scope defined by the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) for massage, bodywork, and somatic therapies. Sexual behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any implication, remark, or advance will result in immediate termination of the session and cancellation of future appointments. Payment for the scheduled session will still be required.

You’ll find us at 937 Haverford Road, Suite 104, in Bryn Mawr, PA. There is ample, free on-site parking for your convenience.

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be used by the expiration date. If a gift card is redeemed after it has expired, there will be a $10 discount off the full value for every month past the expiration date.

We are open for appointments Monday through Saturday.
