Connecting to Stillness, Silence, and Spaciousness Within.
In the midst of life’s demands, it is easy to lose touch with the deeper qualities of presence, clarity, and inner peace that are always available within us.
Guided by Dennette Beth Myers, this meditation class introduces the Inner Refuge practice from the Tibetan Bön tradition as taught through The 3 Doors. Through simple yet profound practices, participants are invited to connect with the stillness of the body, the silence of inner speech, and the spaciousness of mind.
Together, these three “doors” offer access to an inner refuge that supports greater resilience, vitality, and well-being.
Participants Will Learn To:
- Stabilize your focus and rest your attention on the stillness, silence, and spaciousness
- Connect with an inner resource of resilience and support
- Develop practical tools for navigating stress and life’s challenges
- Discover inherent qualities of openness, awareness, and warmth
This practice offers a simple yet profound pathway for cultivating presence and reconnecting with the deeper qualities of our being.
No prior meditation experience is necessary. All are welcome.
